TeleBanker Instructions
Below are some commonly asked questions about TeleBanker. If you
have any questions or need clarification, please contact a Personal
Banker. Please remember that prior to initial use, you must see a
Personal Banker for TeleBanker access.
How do I access my account?
Simply call the First Commercial Bank 24-hour TeleBanker at 866.957.7706
from any touch tone phone. You will be prompted to enter your Social
Security number and personal identification number (PIN). The first
time you call, you will be asked to set your own PIN. Choose a number
other than the last four digits of your Social Security number, that
you can easily remember and keep it in a safe place.What accounts
can I access?
The 24-hour TeleBanker will let you access all of your First Commercial
Bank accounts. Your PIN will automatically be identified with your primary
account. However, you can easily access any of your other accounts at
any time. These accounts may be:
- Checking and savings accounts
- Money market accounts
- Certificates of deposit
- Retirement accounts
- Personal or business accounts
What information can I get?
TeleBanker makes it easy to get the information you need including:
- Available and current account balances
- The date and amount of your last 10 debits, 5 checks, 3 ATM withdrawals
or 3 pre-authorized payments.
- The date and amount of your last 5 deposits, 3 ATM deposits or
3 pre-authorized deposits
- VISA® Debit Card transactions
- Determine whether a specific check has cleared
- Obtain account interest information
- Transfer funds between your First Commercial Bank accounts
- Receive an up-to-date statement by fax

Is the 24-hour TeleBanker system safe?
We've taken several precautions to ensure the safety and privacy
of your account. To access the 24-hour TeleBanker, you need to select
your own PIN. To use TeleBanker, you must enter your Social Security
number and PIN to gain access to your accounts. This PIN can be changed
at your discretion. It is in your best interest to call TeleBanker within
24 hours after opening your account to establish a PIN. This will safeguard
your account from any unnecessary risk due to lost or stolen account
information. Once your PIN is established, you are the only person able
to access your account using TeleBanker.
